Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by thawing, peeling, and deveining if necessary; mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chili paste, soy sauce, honey, and lime juice; stir and cook for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
- Wash and dry the butter lettuce leaves for wrapping.
- Assemble wraps by filling lettuce leaves with shrimp mixture and garnishing with cilantro and chili flakes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy fresh.
