Instructions
- Boil water and cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet and sauté chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables; sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Combine cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce; toss to coat and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
