Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans, and chop the garlic.
  2. Mix salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl, then rub onto the chicken breasts.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and green beans to the skillet, sauté for about 5 minutes until the beans are tender.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, warm for a minute, and optionally drizzle lemon juice on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning for a few hours before cooking.
