- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and trim the green beans, and chop the garlic.
- Mix salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl, then rub onto the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and green beans to the skillet, sauté for about 5 minutes until the beans are tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, warm for a minute, and optionally drizzle lemon juice on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the seasoning for a few hours before cooking.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
