Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: wash and chop cauliflower, slice mushrooms, and mince garlic.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add cauliflower and mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, then cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  4. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
