- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme (or fresh, if available)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients: wash and chop cauliflower, slice mushrooms, and mince garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add cauliflower and mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, then cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
- For added flavor, use fresh thyme if available.
- This dish can be served as a side or a main vegetarian meal.
