To prepare these delightful garlic butter steak bites, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound of sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ teaspoon dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add minced garlic, remaining butter, and rosemary to the skillet, cooking for an additional minute.
- Combine roasted sweet potatoes with the steak in the skillet and toss gently. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.

- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
