- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Gather and prepare all ingredients: cut steak and halve potatoes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and tender.
- Transfer cooked potatoes to a plate, add butter to the skillet, and sear steak bites until desired doneness.
- Add minced garlic to the steak and cook until fragrant.
- Return potatoes to the skillet, toss with steak and garlic butter sauce, and heat through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
