- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, diced
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Gather and chop potatoes into even-sized cubes.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the potatoes, season, and cook until golden brown and fork-tender.
- Season steak pieces with salt and pepper, push potatoes aside, add remaining butter, increase heat, and sear steak pieces for 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Mix potatoes and steak together, allowing to cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
