Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients; cut fresh corn kernels or thaw frozen corn, rinse and dry shrimp.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add shrimp, season, and cook until pink and opaque, flipping halfway.
  5. Stir in corn and heat through, cooking additional time if using frozen corn.
  6. Adjust seasoning, add lime juice if desired, and garnish with parsley before serving.
