- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels (or frozen)

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Juice of 1 lime (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients; cut fresh corn kernels or thaw frozen corn, rinse and dry shrimp.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for about 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, season, and cook until pink and opaque, flipping halfway.
- Stir in corn and heat through, cooking additional time if using frozen corn.
- Adjust seasoning, add lime juice if desired, and garnish with parsley before serving.

- Ensure shrimp is dried properly to achieve a good sear.
