Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by rinsing and seasoning the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until foamy.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the butter until fragrant and slightly golden.
  4. Add the salmon fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving.
  5. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Squeeze lemon juice over the dish and toss gently.
