Instructions
- Let pork chops sit at room temperature for 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil.
- Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the pan, basting the chops.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from skillet, let rest for 5 minutes, and serve garnished with parsley.
