Instructions
- Marinate the steak with olive oil, lime juice, salt, pepper, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare garlic butter by melting unsalted butter, adding minced garlic, and stirring in chopped parsley.
- Cook marinated steak on a preheated grill for 6-8 minutes per side.
- Brush steak with garlic butter during the last few minutes of cooking, then let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve with sides.
