A creamy and rich garlic butter bowtie pasta dish that’s easy to make and perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and brown the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted, then add the cooked pasta.
  5. Mix in the remaining butter and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
