- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and brown the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted, then add the cooked pasta.
- Mix in the remaining butter and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
