Delicious garlic butter baked shrimp combined with sweet corn for a perfect dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt butter in a bowl and mix in garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine shrimp and corn in a baking dish, pour garlic butter over, and toss to coat.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
