Delicious and healthy Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites that make for a perfect snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored, your choice)
  • ½ cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. Prepare silicone molds or an ice cube tray for the mixture.
  3. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the molds, adding toppings if desired.
  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
  5. Pop the bites out of the molds and enjoy!
