- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread cheesecake filling on four slices of bread, top with strawberries, and cover with remaining slices.
- Set up a breading station with milk, flour, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Dip each sandwich in milk, coat with flour, and then cover with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
