For these Fried Pickle Chicken Sandwich Sliders, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups pickle slices (dill or bread & butter, your choice!)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best for extra crunch)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns (12 count)
- Optional: Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite sauce for topping
Instructions
- Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets.
- Set up a breading station with flour mixture, buttermilk, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Dredge chicken cutlets in flour, then buttermilk, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry chicken in hot oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Fry pickle slices in the same oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Assemble sliders with chicken, fried pickles, and optional toppings on slider buns.

- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
