- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage, onion, and garlic. Prepare the shrimp and sausage.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chopped cabbage, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until wilted.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- If using, drizzle soy sauce and garnish with parsley before serving.
