- 1 cup of strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur (optional)
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of fresh raspberries
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool; mix in coffee liqueur if desired.
- In a bowl, whip mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers in the coffee, avoiding soaking.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish, followed by half the mascarpone mixture and half the raspberries.
- Repeat the layering with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best flavor.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving and enjoy!

- For a stronger coffee flavor, use more coffee liqueur.
