Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Combine chickpeas, avocados, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl, stirring gently.
  3. Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then pour over the salad and toss gently.
