- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then chop the avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Combine chickpeas, avocados, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a large bowl, stirring gently.
- Whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then pour over the salad and toss gently.
- If desired, chill the salad in the fridge for about 15 minutes before serving.
