- 1 pound of thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 ounces of provolone cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, melted
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, simmer beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Slice slider buns in half and layer roast beef and provolone cheese in a baking dish.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Bake covered with foil for 15 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or peppers.
- Can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
