- 2 jalapeño peppers
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil (for roasting)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to high heat and drizzle olive oil over vegetables.
- Roast vegetables for 10-15 minutes until charred, turning occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Chop vegetables, blend with lime juice and cilantro to desired consistency.
- Season with salt and mix well before serving.
