- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
- Cut pork into 1-inch cubes, coat with marinade, and refrigerate.
- Thread marinated pork onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally until charred.
- Let skewers rest, then serve hot with rice or salad.
