- 10 large jalapeño peppers
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice jalapeños in half, removing seeds if desired.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add shrimp, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper; cook until shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Chop cooked shrimp and mix with cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Place stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave the seeds in the jalapeños.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
