To make these scrumptious feta rolls, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup spicy chili honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets (thawed)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, spicy chili honey, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets to about 1/8 inch thick on a floured surface.
  3. Cut pastry into squares (4×4 inches) and place filling in the center of each.
  4. Fold pastry over filling to seal and crimp edges if desired.
  5. Brush tops with beaten egg and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
