Ingredients

  • 1 package of phyllo pastry (about 1 pound)
  • 8 ounces of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup of chili honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix feta, ricotta, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
  3. Unroll phyllo pastry, keeping it covered with a damp towel. Brush one sheet with melted butter or oil.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling on one edge of the phyllo, fold sides over, and roll tightly.
  5. Brush assembled rolls with beaten egg and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drizzle with chili honey while warm.
