- 1/4 cup of chili honey (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix feta, ricotta, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
- Unroll phyllo pastry, keeping it covered with a damp towel. Brush one sheet with melted butter or oil.
- Place a spoonful of filling on one edge of the phyllo, fold sides over, and roll tightly.
- Brush assembled rolls with beaten egg and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with chili honey while warm.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
