Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine cubed French bread and diced ham or Canadian bacon in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread and meat mixture. Add cheddar cheese and chives, then mix gently.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with hollandaise sauce, cut into squares, and serve warm.
