- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest and slice.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for 30 seconds, then add heavy cream and stir. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Add sliced chicken to the sauce, then toss in the drained pasta until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
