- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions with a pinch of salt; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced chicken until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and black pepper, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in honey and heavy cream; stir until smooth and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, adding pasta water if needed to loosen.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less black pepper.
- This dish pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread.
