- 8 slices of English muffins, cubed
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of diced ham or Canadian bacon
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of hollandaise sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cubed English muffins, diced ham, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over the muffin and ham mixture and fold gently.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle hollandaise sauce over the baked casserole.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
