Ingredients

- 8 ounces of linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook diced chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add garlic, paprika, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet; stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Drain the linguine and add it to the skillet with the chicken; squeeze in lemon juice and add parsley.
- Toss everything together and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Fresh parsley can be substituted with dried if necessary.
