Here’s what you’ll need for your Easy Chicken Spaghetti:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers in olive oil until softened.
- Stir in chicken, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth; season and simmer.
- Add drained spaghetti to the skillet and mix well; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- For a cheesy topping, bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

- This dish can be baked for a bubbly top, but it’s delicious without baking as well.
