- 1 can (15 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions
- Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Add garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 more minutes.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds until soft.
- Spoon beef mixture into tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, and roll tightly; place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
