For these Easy Baked Pumpkin Donuts, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, vegetable oil, and egg until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
- Grease your donut pan and fill each cavity halfway with the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and springy.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before enjoying.

- Consider doubling the recipe as these donuts tend to disappear quickly.
