For these Easy Baked Pumpkin Donuts, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Make sure you have all these ingredients before you start. You might even want to double the recipe because trust me, they will disappear fast!

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, milk, vegetable oil, and egg until combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
  5. Grease your donut pan and fill each cavity halfway with the batter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and springy.
  7. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before enjoying.
