- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (optional)
- 1 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and ginger on top.
- Add bell peppers if using.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Shred the chicken, mix with sauce, and serve over rice, garnished with green onions.
