Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic and ginger on top.
  4. Add bell peppers if using.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken, mix with sauce, and serve over rice, garnished with green onions.
