Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line or grease the muffin tin.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla; mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups about ¾ full.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra chocolate flavor, add white chocolate chips.
- Store muffins in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
