- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet.
- Add chopped cabbage and cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, cooked rice, paprika, salt, and pepper; let simmer.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with cheese if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Let cool briefly, then serve hot.
