- 2 lbs of beef steak (sirloin or ribeye work best)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cut beef steak into 1-2 inch bite-sized pieces.
- Brown the steak bites in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side (optional).
- Whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce over the steak bites in the crockpot and stir gently.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and drizzled with sauce if desired.

- For extra flavor, browning the steak is recommended but optional.
- Feel free to adjust the spices according to your preference.
