- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear pork chops seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika for 3–4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer seared pork chops to the crockpot and add onions, garlic, chicken broth, and soy sauce. Stir gently.
- Cover the crockpot and set to cook on low or high for the desired time.
- Once cooked, remove pork chops from the crockpot, serve with sauce, and garnish with fresh parsley.
