- 2–3 pounds pork loin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork loin with salt and pepper.
- Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in a skillet until fragrant.
- Place the seasoned pork in the crockpot and add sautéed onion, garlic, chicken broth, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream.
- Shred the pork with two forks and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
