- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 cup of cooked rice or pasta for serving
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add shredded cheddar cheese on top to melt.
- Serve over cooked rice or pasta if desired.
