- 1 can of corn (15 oz), drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cups of diced potatoes

Instructions
- Chop the onion and dice the potatoes.

- Stir in heavy cream 30 minutes before serving.
