- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the chicken, stirring gently.
- Add chopped onion and frozen mixed vegetables, mixing everything together.
- Cover and set the crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cut biscuit dough into quarters and place on top of the mixture, then cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve once the dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.

- For a creamier texture, consider adding more cream of chicken soup.
- Feel free to use fresh vegetables if preferred.
