To whip up this Crockpot Chicken Alfredo, gather the following ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta (uncooked)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook fettuccine according to package instructions and drain.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot, stir in the cooked pasta and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
