Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer the beef to the crockpot and mix in ranch dressing, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth.
- Add uncooked pasta to the mixture, ensuring it’s submerged.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheese 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
