- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (choose your favorite brand)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Shred your cooked chicken.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and half the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot and top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese, if using.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions.
