Gather these ingredients to create your scrumptious Crockpot Baked Ziti:
- 1 pound of ziti pasta
- 1 jar (24 oz) of marinara sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) of ricotta cheese
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ziti according to package instructions until slightly undercooked.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half mozzarella, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the crockpot with marinara sauce, ziti, ricotta mixture, and more marinara, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
