- 1 cup dill pickle slices (preferably thick-cut)

- 1 cup breadcrumbs (use panko for extra crunch!)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying (vegetable or canola works well)
Instructions
- Drain and pat dry the dill pickle slices.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; one with whisked eggs; and one with breadcrumbs.
- Coat each pickle slice in flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet until hot.
- Fry the coated pickle slices in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
