Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and pound chicken breasts to even thickness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
- Place breaded chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Melt butter in a skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle garlic sauce over baked chicken and serve with fresh parsley and sides.
