Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet, drizzle with half the garlic mixture, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle remaining garlic sauce over chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve.
