Ingredients

- 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs (Panko works best)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain, rinse, and pat dry the artichoke hearts.
- Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat each artichoke heart in olive oil, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange coated artichokes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Sprinkle with parsley and let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use whole wheat breadcrumbs.
