Crispy Parmesan Artichoke Hearts are a delicious, crunchy snack perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs (Panko works best)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain, rinse, and pat dry the artichoke hearts.
  3. Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat each artichoke heart in olive oil, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange coated artichokes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat breadcrumbs.
